Web isolation CloudのUpload/Download profileはどのように移行されますか？

Issue/Introduction

Web isolation CloudからCloud Secure Web Gateway(CloudSWG)への移行に際して、Upload ProfileとDownload Profileがどのように移行されるか知りたい。

Resolution

【Upload Profile】
Upload Profileの内容は、CloudSWGのオブジェクトとしては移行されません。
Web isolation CloudのEnd-User Data Protection Profile、Application Data Protection Profile、Isolation Profileより設定を抽出してIsolation Profileとして構成されます。

複数のEnd-User Data Protection PrifoleをWeb isolation Cloudに構成している場合は、2つの独立したIsolation Profileが作成されます。どちらのIsolation Profileも同一の基本名を持ち、末尾に「1」と「2」が付加されます。
例としては「Migrated - Vector Rendering Profile 1」「Migrated - Vector Rendering Profile 2」といった形となります。
※Web isolation CloudのUpload ProfileにDLP スキャナーが設定されている場合は、その設定は対応する CloudSWG DLP 設定に移行されます。


【Download Profile】
Download Profileは、CloudSWGのPolicy>Additional Configuration>Object Library>User Defined Objects>Document Isolation Profilesへ引き継がれます。
移行の対象は、Web isolation Cloudで少なくとも1つのポリシールールによって参照されている事です。
Download profileが持っていた、File typeのPolicyは、Download ProfileからCloudSWGのContent and Limitsの箇所へ移動されます。

※Download Profileとして作成しているが、Policyに参照されていないものは移行の対象からは外れます。
※Download Profileとして作成しており、Policyに参照されているが該当PolicyをDisableに設定しているものは、「1つのポリシールールによって参照されている」と見なし移行の対象となります。

 

Additional Information

CloudSWG上のDocument Isolation Profileについて
Web isolation CloudのDownload Profileよりも設定が少なく、具体的な設定の内容は、下記の4件内容のみとなっています。

• Disable "Download Original file" button
• Disable "Download as PDF" button
• Disable "Print" button
• Block Copy peration

上記の4件の設定内容は、Web isolation cloud側のGUI>Download Profiles>"Default Download Profile(など)">Advanced Settings(ボタン)配下にある下記に相当致します。

• fileViewer.disableDownload Hide the option to download the original file
• fileViewer.disablePdfDownload Hide the option to download a PDF version of the viewed file
• fileViewer.disablePrintButton Hide the printing button of the viewed file
• fileViewer.disableCopy Forbid clipboard copying of the viewed file
