This article provides guidance on how to find end of support information for third party tiles that can be installed on Tanzu Platform.
First, it is very important to mention that dates for End of General Support for third party tiles found on Broadcom websites are provided by our third party partners that create and maintain each tile.
This means that dates found on Broadcom official portals do not necessarily reflect definitive End of Support for that third party product. Support for third party tiles is provided entirely by the product owners, Tanzu Support is only responsible to make sure platform components around the third party tile work correctly.
For tile-specific issues, the customers should contact the third-party vendor directly.
In order to find information on the end of general support date for any tile that can be installed on Tanzu Platform you will need to review the Product Lifecycle information in the Broadcom support portal.

Below you will find the steps to find the information on end of general support for a third party tile on the support portal's Product Lifecycle section. To demonstrate the search we will use Aqua Security Exporter.
First you need to select the correct Division, in this case it is Tanzu.
Next, using the Description field, type the product name, in this case we will use Aqua and click on the Show results button.
Once the information is loaded you will be able to see general product information including the different Releases, General Availability and End of Service for each result found.
