SPC-OCC-11526 Error when trying to login to Active Directory Integrated Spectrum OneClick Servers

Issue/Introduction

SPC-OCC-11526:  Authorization Failed.   Ensure the username and password are valid when trying to login to Active Directory Integrated Spectrum OneClick Servers.

Enabling OC Debug and reproducing login shows no ldap errors (login success) in catalina.out

Enable SSORB OneClick login debug to tomcat web.xml

 

Environment

Spectrum 24.3.x, 25.4.x

Cause

LDAP integration does not work when one of the landscapes which is part of the Spectrum DSS environment is down\unavailable.

The downed landscape can be a non-location Server poller and still impact AD authentication.

Resolution

Restore service to any Spectrum Servers down within DSS Map.

This is resolved in Spectrum 25.4.2
