Issue/Introduction

Are there any settings to limit the max CPU/Memory used for the DLP agent?

Environment

Symantec Data Loss Prevention 

Resolution

We do not have any settings to define the max memory/cpu for the DLP agent. The DLP agent is designed to use resources as needed, and then release it as soon as the specific task is complete.

The only exception to this is the Endpoint Discover Scan:
When configuring an Endpoint Discover Scan, there is an option for limiting resources while the scan is running.
