Changing the start date of SLA Reports

Issue/Introduction

In generating SLA Reports, how can the start/end day of the week be changed?  (ie. instead of going from Monday-Monday)

• UIM/OC 23.4 (up through CU7)

Resolution

The Compliance Period is where the start/end dates are determined:

Changing this period in bulk is not supported as of UIM 23.4CU7, but is being considered for a future release.
