vCenter server was not accessible after reboot or shutdown, upon powering back online it cannot connect to its allocated VLAN and no network connection.

Possible VLAN issues on the customer environment
a. On the vCenter > Edit settings > choose the network > change the allocated VLAN temporarily to VM network > Click OK to save settings
b. Back again to > > Edit settings > choose the network > change back from VM network to its original VLAN settings > Click OK to save settings.
c. Reboot vCenter
d. Verify network connectivity of the vCenter (VAMI, Web-UI and ssh console).
