Environment

VCF Automation 9.0.x

Cause

The cause of the issue is because we've reached the configured zone's limit resulting in the error ' Requested CPU limit xxxxxxxMHz is more than available cpu limit 0MHz ' while creating a new namespace for the Project .

There could be some namespaces created that are using up the cpu limit allocated via RegionQuota.

Resolution

Increase the configured zone's CPU limit for the Org. by allocating more capacity or free up memory capacity by deleting existing namespaces.
