Cleanup UNREF=180 Not Finding Some ACIDs

Issue/Introduction

A Cleanup for Top Secret report was run with UNREF=180 to identify 180 day inactive accounts. Why didn't Cleanup find some accounts that appear to be 180 days inactive.

An example of 1 of the accounts that Cleanup did not find is listed below.

The Cleanup report was run on Julian date 26076.

Resolution

The ACIDs were loaded into the Cleanup database on Julian date 25281. The reason the ACIDs were not found is the date the ACIDs was loaded into the Cleanup database was less than 180 days ago. (Julian date 25281 was only 160 days ago from 26076.)
