HTTP Status 404 error when accessing Harweb

Issue/Introduction

When entering the URL to access Harweb

http://<hostname>:8080/harweb/servlet/harweb.home

We get an HTTP Status 404 error

HTTP Status 404 - Not Found

Environment

Harvest Software Change Manager
v14.5 and higher

Cause

In the URL shown in the screenshot above the word "home" is not capitalized.

Resolution

Enter either of the following URLs to access Harweb

http://<hostname>:<port>/harweb

or

http://<hostname>:<port>/harweb/servlet/harweb.Home

Note that these URLs are case sensitive.  The word "Home" should be capitalized as shown.
