In connectAll Inline images in Rally Description field do not display when being copied in from another Rally Subscription

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a Rally 2 Rally Defects automation with 1 Rally connection to one Rally Subscription and the other Rally connection is to another Rally Subscription

2. Editor access needed on both

3. Map Attachments, Description and Name fields

4. Create a Defect in Rally Sub 1 with an inline attachment in the Description

5. Run the automation

Expected Results: 

• The inline image comes over successfully

Actual Results:

• The inline image only has an outline.
