Issue/Introduction

In the manual notification within Xflow, we can see a maximum of 10 users only. It is getting difficult when there are many users with the same last name.
 
-> Log into Xflow, open any ticket, and click on Manual Notify
 

-> Enter any user's last name, and it will list only 10 users.

-> If there are more than 10, it is difficult to select that user as he is not displayed.

Resolution

The fix will be part of  17.4 RU6 and 17.5, which will allow to see more contacts as needed.
