Mips usage/capacity for Rc/Query and Rc/Update. Being DB2 tools mips usage is very much dependent on

• The action being taken
• Size of the objects 
• Size of the DB2 subsystem and its activity
• Activity on the system
• Resources being supplied to the applications

Ideally you should use tools specifically for measuring resource usage on a DB2 subsystem. 
From Broadcom products like "Detector® for Db2 for z/OS" and "SYSVIEW® Performance Management Option for Db2"

From the z/OS side of things tools like SYSVIEW® Performance Management(from Broadcom)
