VMware SRM Test Cleanup fails with error StorageTestFailoverStopFailed and SRA error 1043

Issue/Introduction
During the Test Cleanup phase of a VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) or VMware Live Site Recovery recovery plan, the cleanup operation may fail and the recovery plan may not return to a successful Clean state.
As a result, recovery plan completion is prevented and snapshot devices may remain in an inconsistent state.
Symptoms
- The recovery plan status is observed to remain in a failed state or to become stuck during the cleanup workflow.
- The following errors are reported in the file:

Cause
The issue is caused by communication problems between the SRA and the Dell EMC SYMAPI server, along with snapshot cleanup failures. The connection to the remote SYMAPI server may be interrupted or refused, or the SYMAPI service may be unavailable or not running.
In addition, the SnapVX snapshot unlink operation may fail because the current snapshot state requires the Symmetrix force option to complete the cleanup operation.
Justification
Connectivity Refusals: A stable session with the remote SYMAPI server is not established by the SRA. Conditions such as connection timeout or refusal are observed.
