Is there any API available to allow integration to 3rd party service desk applications?

Answer: 

At present we do not provide any API access. 

We do provide WSDL based web services and you can find the documentation for these here

We also have a very extensive CLI "cadsmcmd.exe" that allows for a great degree of automation. This is documented here
