Identity Manager (IM) Environment Version Incorrectly Displayed Post-Migration from 14.5.1 CHF01 to v15 fixpack5

Issue/Introduction

After performing a copy of source databases and doing a v15 mogrify migration from Identity Suite 14.5.1 CHF01 to version 15 on Oracle Linux 9.6 and Oracle 19C, the Identity Manager (IM) management console incorrectly displays the IM Environment version as 14.1 instead of the expected 14.2 (matching the source environment). 

Environment

- Source:  Virtual Appliance (vApp) Centos 9 - IDS 14.5.1 CHF01 Demo Deploy Type with embedded Oracle Xpress locally
- Destination:  IGA Xpress v15 (Fixpack 5) on Oracle Linux 9.6
- Database:  Oracle 19C (Fix pack 2026-01) converted by DBA from Oracle Xpress from identity Suite virtual appliance Demo deploy type. (Notice that mogrify is not responsable to convert DB)

Resolution

The issue is resolved by re-executing the deployment and migration process using a fresh copy of the source database.

1. Database Refresh: Copy the 14.5.1 source database to the destination Oracle 19C server again to ensure data integrity.
2. Repeat Migration: Re-run the IgaXpress deploy and mogrify process using the newly copied database.
3. Verification: Log in to the Identity Manager management console. The version should now correctly reflect 14.2, and objects should be visible as expected.

Note on Provisioning Manager Version:
It is expected behavior for the Provisioning Server Version to display as 12.0 under System -> Global Properties -> Servers in the Provisioning Manager UI, even in an out-of-the-box v15 environment
