Issue/Introduction

• Alarms are reported by NSX for "Edge NIC Link Status Down".
  

  Sample alarm

  Description: Edge node NIC fp-eth1 link is down.

• The NIC in alarm is shown up on the NSX Edge node CLI with the command: get physical-ports
  

  Sample output of command: get physical-ports

  Physical Port ADMIN_STATUS         : up [...] LINK                 : up MAC                  : 00:50:56:##:##:## [...] NAME                 : fp-eth1
