VMware Aria Automation 8.18.x fails to authenticate an NSX cloud account. Symptoms include:
Authentication attempts return Error: 403.
Logs or UI display message: content type text/html not supported for type.
Provisioning or cloud account data collection fails.

DNS Resolution (forward and reverse) is not functioning for the NSX Endpoint IP Address and FQDN.
Below are the Solution Steps to be done by network team from customer side:
Validate DNS connectivity from the Aria Automation appliances to the NSX Manager FQDN and IP address.
Ensure both Forward (A) and Reverse (PTR) lookup records are correctly configured in the environment's DNS server for all NSX Manager nodes and Virtual IP (VIP).
Correct any identified DNS discrepancies.
Verify resolution by re-attempting the cloud account authentication in the Aria Automation UI.
