• VMware Live Site Recovery 9.x

Cause

• This issue typically occurs when VMware Live Site Recovery detects a dependency conflict. Specifically, it happens when VMs within an active replication pair are left connected to linked ISO files that reside on a separate LUN:
  

Resolution

• To resolve this conflict, unmount the ISO images and change the CD-ROM drive settings to 'Client Device' mode.
