When navigating the NSX UI, the following error messages are displayed on the Home page and various menus:
"Failed to fetch system details" (Error code: 513002)
"Unable to fetch details"
"Failed to get report"
This behavior is exclusively isolated to the VIP leader node. Browsing directly to the remaining NSX Manager nodes confirms they operate as expected and do not display these errors.
VMware NSX
The issue is caused by uploading the JAR file referenced in KB 384366 to the NSX Manager node without executing the subsequent required commands, resulting in an incomplete operational state.
To resolve this issue, execute one of the following two options:
Option 1: Complete KB Implementation
Access the impacted NSX Manager node via SSH.
Execute all remaining commands exactly as outlined in KB 384366 to complete the prescribed procedure.
Option 2: Node Redeployment
Delete the impacted NSX Manager node from the cluster.
Redeploy a new NSX Manager node to replace the deleted node and wait for cluster synchronization to complete.
