SYMPTOMS:
User defined reports fail to export
CSV export option does not work for Service-level reports
CONTEXT: Occurs when attempting to export Ad Hoc Views in JasperServer․
IMPACT: Prevents users from extracting report data into CSV or other formats for analysis․

The export functionality is restricted or fails when data fields are placed in the Groups section instead of the Columns section in the Ad Hoc View․
PREREQUISITES:
Access to JasperServer Ad Hoc View editor
STEPS:
1․ MODIFY AD HOC VIEW STRUCTURE
Path: New Ad Hoc View
Move the data fields from the Groups section to the Columns section․
EXPECTED: The report data is organized by columns rather than grouped․ NOTE: Do not group the data under groups․
2․ VERIFY EXPORT
Attempt to export the modified report to CSV․
EXPECTED: The report exports successfully in the chosen format․
VERIFY SUCCESS:
Report exports to CSV without errors
All required fields are present in the exported file
