Cause

This issue typically occurs because the user account or the organization does not have the necessary permissions assigned within the Broadcom Cloud Services Console to access the Solutions Catalog service.

Resolution

1. Identify your Organization Owner: Access to the Marketplace is managed at the organization level. You must contact your internal Broadcom/VMware portal administrator (Organization Owner).
2. Request Access in Cloud Console:
   • Log in to https://console.cloud.broadcom.com.
   • Locate the Marketplace tile.
   • Click Request Access.
3. Consult the Program Guide: For detailed onboarding steps for organization members, refer to the VMware Marketplace Program Guide.
4. Download the Management Pack: Once permissions are granted, you can download the pack directly from the VCF Solutions Catalog.
