Tews6.jar was compiled under Axis 1.4 in Identity Manager 14.5. Can Tews6.jar be compiled under Axis 2.x or a newer version of Identity Manager? `

Tews6.jar cannot be compiled under Axis 2.x framework due to Java namespace change from Javax .* to Jakarta.*
Additional Information
IM SCIM REST API is not a full replacement to the TEWS interface, since SCIM is only for Users/Groups
