Cloud Director Availability email notifications are not being sent out after configuration

Issue/Introduction

Email notifications are not being sent out by Cloud Director Availability for RPO violations after set up is completed. Test emails are working. There are no errors in the logs.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x
VMware Cloud Director Availability 4.7.x

Cause

The email notifications are configured on the source side. The replication settings are saved on the destination. The replications are cloud-to-cloud.

Resolution

Set up the notifications according to Configure tenant event notifications in the Cloud Director site on the destination Cloud Director Availability site.
