Issue/Introduction

Intermittent routing issues and traffic drops are observed within NSX and vCloud environments.

Environment

NSX 4.x

Cause

A duplicate IP address is configured in a DNAT rule within a different Organization (ORG)

Resolution

1. Identify the overlapping Organization (ORG) causing the IP address conflict.

2. Review the configured DNAT rules within the conflicting ORG.

3. Modify or remove the DNAT rule containing the duplicate IP address to ensure IP uniqueness.

4. Verify routing stability and confirm that intermittent traffic drops have ceased.
