Determine Obsolete entries in an OM Deliver Database

Issue/Introduction

They are looking to avoid adding space to their Deliver database. They keep only basic history in the database, so there is no direct way to identify old reports by when they were last processed. They see their Deliver database space utilization increasing. They would rather clean up the database, removing obsolete entries, than needing to add new space.

Resolution

Run the View program ADLIST, where the output contains a field showing when a report was last browsed. 

Provided an RMOGRW program, which displayed entries listed by Report ID. 

They will use the RMOGRW output as a way to identify old reports, from which they will base maintenance on their Deliver database.
