The client is looking to not need to add space to their Deliver database.
They keep only basic history in the database, so there is no direct way to identify old reports by when they were last processed.
The client sees their Deliver database space utilization increasing.
They would rather clean up the database, removing obsolete entries, than needing to add new space.
Had the client run the CA View program ADLIST, where the output contains a field showing when a report was last browsed.
Provided the client a RMOGRW program, which displayed entries listed by Report ID.
Client will use the RMOGRW output as a way to identify old reports, from which they will base maintenance on their Deliver database.
