Adding a banner in DX O2 UI

Issue/Introduction

How can we add banner or announcement in DX O2 UI? I don't see any option under settings. Is it possible?

Resolution

1. Currently, users cannot create any banners in the product, contact Broadcom Support for assistance.

2. Provided exact message that should appear on the banner. Include any links to documentation or details.
