If secure HTTP communications is configured for use by the Web Console and the Web Services components,
port 443 (default) is used for listening on the domain manager or enterprise manager.
Web Console uses Apache Tomcat. By default, Tomcat is installed and configured to use ports 8090 (startup),
8095 (shutdown), and 8020 (AJP13). However, these ports are typically only used locally.
