Why doesn't the "View Application" link appear for some apps in the Catch Me up dashboard within VMware Tanzu Hub?

Issue/Introduction

Some apps do not display the "View Application" link in the Catch Me Up dashboard in VMware Tanzu Hub. Is there a reason or pattern to explain this?

Resolution

Apps which are no longer in the system do not display the "View Application" link. Their status shows as unknown.

View Application will not be shown if the application is no longer present in the system.
In the screenshot below, you can see there were crashes for the app 'py-app-crasher-new' but "View Application" does not appear because the application is no longer in the system.

For apps that are crashing but are currently available in the system, the "View Application" link shows up as expected.
