The Telemetry Data Export Portlet under Administration → License Information is currently not populated. Guidance is required on the necessary steps to enable and populate this data.

Clarity PPM collects telemetry data to track product usage, licensing, and compliance metrics. This telemetry system enables Broadcom to monitor subscription compliance, track user engagement, and gather insights on feature adoption across customer deployments.
There are two primary hidden jobs which populates the same
Both Jobs are scheduled to run every day and if these jobs are paused or not run the data in the portlet "Telemetry Data Export" wont be populated. Details about Telemetry is documented here
