Load Data Warehouse job in Clarity fails with ORA-03150

Issue/Introduction

• A new Clarity environment is created
• In this environment, when the Load Data Warehouse job is run, it fails with the following errors in the bg-dwh.log:
  • ORA-03150: end-of-file on communication channel for database link
ORA-02063: preceding line from PPMDBLINK
ORA-06512: at line 18

Cause

This error could possibly arise out of network, firewall related factors or DB timeouts.

Resolution

Try rerunning a full load of the job.
