Scheduled report is configured on Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) console with a list of recipients added. However, a particular user/users from this list is not receiving the reports.
If any new email address is added to the receipt list, it receives the report. The issue is only with specific user.
Verified with the email administrator and there is no issue with these email accounts, no hits on their mailbox from SES console.
The issue may be due to these email addresses were created after an email attempt was already made on it from SES, and the mail server returned 550 (No Such User Here).
This resulted the emails getting added in the bounce list.
Contact Broadcom Technical Support to check the issue with these email addresses and fix it.
