Is it possible to upgrade Automic Unix/Windows agent using Ansible ?

Resolution

While utilizing Ansible for deploying/upgrading automic agents, please be advised that "deploying and upgrading Automic agents via Ansible is entirely a customer responsibility". To ensure full transparency, here is how the support structure works:

Outside Broadcom's Support Scope: Broadcom (CA) Support does not assist with, troubleshoot, or support issues related to third-party automation tools. This means any failures within the Ansible playbooks, WinRM/SSH connectivity issues, script errors, or permission blocks encountered during the Ansible deployment process will need to be resolved by your internal  teams.

Within Broadcom's Support Scope: Broadcom fully supports the Automic Agent itself. Once the agent is successfully installed on a supported OS with the correct configuration (.ini) and dependencies, Broadcom will provide standard support for any functional issues the agent experiences.
