Issue/Introduction

Issue:

SAP Jobs are failing:

- autosyslog -j  jobname shows SAP logon issue:

%CASAP_E_990 RFC error operation/code: RfcOpenEx
%CASAP_E_991 Key: RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE
%CASAP_E_993 Message: Log on with a dialog user

- autorep -m agent_name shows the following
 
CAWA_I_20018 Job failed. Exit code 16, Status 
 
Environment:

CA Workload Automation Agent for SAP 11.3 on LINUX

Cause:

if you create a dialoge user in SAP using SU01
and change the job to dialog user, the job is unable to connect.
the  SAP R/3 Connection Failed and  start 'sapgui' command failed

Resolution:

run $SAPDIR/bin/casapmajcfg
set "enable abap debug" to FALSE
