cdm 8.06 probe crashes on AIX 7.x and RHEL 7.x

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading or deploying the cdm 8.06 probe on AIX 7.x or RHEL 7.x, the probe fails to start and enters a crashed state without capturing any helpful information in the cdm.log

Environment

Probe: cdm version 8.06

Operating Systems: AIX 7.x and RHEL 7.x

Cause

AIX 7.x -  Missing Dependencies: The cdm 8.06 probe has a dependency on llibstdc++.a(libstdc++.so.6), which is missing

RHEL 7.x  Unsupported OS: cdm 8.06 requires updated versions of sysstat and iostat that are not available on RHEL 7.x. Consequently, RHEL 7.x is no longer included in the support matrix for cdm 8.06.

Resolution

1. cdm 8.06 is supported on AIX 7.2. 
- Deploy CDM version 8.08, which is currently available in the UIM Archive.

2. cdm 8.06 is unsupported on RHEL 7.x.
- To maintain monitoring stability on legacy RHEL 7.x robots, you must revert to cdm version 8.03.
- Plan to upgrade the robot operating system to RHEL 8 or 9 to utilize cdm 8.06+
