When using the New Reporting feature, scheduling a report with an empty email body results in a failure
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to Clarity MUX with appropriate Reporting workspace access rights.
- Navigate to Available Reports.
- Right-click on any report and select Schedule.
- In the scheduling pop-up, configure the required details across all tabs.
- Go to the Email tab:
- Enter values in the To, CC, or BCC fields.
- Leave the Message (Email Body) fields blank.
- Select the option to send the Report as an attachment.

- Save or submit the schedule.
Actual Result: The report scheduling fails with the reported error
Failed while executing report : com.ca.ppm.export.ExportException: Failed to process export for report
However the report out can still be downloaded from Reports Library
Expected Result: The report scheduling should be successful
