UVMS cpu usage very high (95% and more) after upgrading to 6.10.101 or superior

Issue/Introduction
The UVMS cpu usage is too high (95-99%) after upgrading to version 7.01.11 from 6.10.62.
As a result, during some peak times when many UVC connections are established (200 or more), it's impossible for users to perform any action in the Univiewer Console to to logon to the UVMS.
In order to restore the service it's usually needed to stop/start UVMS.
Environment
UVMS 6.10.101 and superior are affected
The issue is more noticeable on environments with many roles, groups, node views, nodes.
