Users of the Automic Web Interface (AWI) may experience the following symptoms:
uc4-awi.log or uc4-awi.ewu) contain the following warning: [WARN ] ... [com.uc4.ecc.framework.entrypoint.ui.BrowserSessionService] - Received outdated activity event (older than 5s): [Timestamp], using serverTime.catalina.log) may show errors such as: org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11Processor.service Error parsing HTTP request header. This behavior is caused by a defect (DE185148) in the way the AWI parses object paths when they contain multiple hash characters (#). When an object with multiple hashes in its name or path is opened in a new browser tab, the URL parsing fails, leading to an HTTP 400 error or a session synchronization timeout.
Update to one of the following versions or a newer release where the fix is available.
