The model type name field for Spectrum alarms does not appear in DX O2

Issue/Introduction

The alarms displayed in Spectrum's DX O2 system are missing the Model Type Name field that the client needs to filter the alarms.  That field does not appear in DX O2.  

modeltypeName is indeed needed.  The user has several filters that make use of that data.
