What ports are used by the Boot Server ?

Resolution

The Boot Server is part of the Scalability Server. Its port usage is provided in a separate section to highlight the fact that these ports need to

be open only if OS Installation Management (OSIM) features are used.

PXE target	Any	Scalability Server	4011	UDP	Software Delivery	(optional) Alternate Service Boot - altserviceboot.binl (PXE) If port 4011 is not available, port 67 is used instead.
