Issue/Introduction

Secondary server domsrvrs can no longer connect to the primary server.

In stdlog* there are these lines :

Process domsrvr is stopped with return code 999

 

Environment

ServiceDesk 17.4 on Windows
Primary and Secondary Servers architecture

 

Resolution

Environment variable NX_ROOT was set on primary and seconday servers.
After removing NX_ROOT environment variable, process domsrvr could start
