Resolution
The Quickfetch were originally published for a "one at a time APPLY" scenario. We have seen this same situation occur when some APARs were not APPLYd in order or they tried a multiple APPLY process. Normally, I would say that is okay. But the way Quickfetch is packaged you must APPLY them one at a time from base or wherever you are.
You will find that RO30546 is not required for the PRE on PTF RO83105 because it was SUPing RO81511.
However, definitely start at the low members of the APARs and go one at a time.
Another solution (Not the best or recommended) is to Edit the PTF and add PRE(RO30546) in the ++VER stmt for the missing APAR.
