Issue/Introduction

In some cases, issue linking can occur contrary to conflict management configuration, or issue links can be removed unexpectedly.

 

Environment

ConnectALL versions below 4.2

Cause

These issues can occur due to the lack of cache comparison functionality in earlier versions of ConnectALL.  Issue linking occurred outside of the normal conflict resolution mechanisms configured within the automation.

Resolution

ConnectALL 4.2 includes work to improve issue linking behavior.

Upgrade to ConnectALL 4.2
