Customers using Email Security.cloud may need to verify their current user entitlement or request a reduction in seat counts and license bundles prior to a contract renewal.

License counts and product bundles are governed by the customer's specific contract with Broadcom. Technical Support and Customer Assistance teams do not have the authorization to modify these contractual entitlements.
To resolve inquiries regarding seat counts or service bundles, follow the steps below based on your requirement:
View current user entitlement
Administrators can verify the number of users currently provisioned on the account directly within the portal:
1. Log in to the Email Security.cloud console
2. Navigate to the "Reports" section
3. Run the "Service Subscriptions" report to see the current active user count and licensed limit.
Reduce user count or change bundles
If you wish to reduce your user entitlement or discuss different bundle options for an upcoming renewal:
* Contact your Broadcom Account Manager: Reach out to your designated account representative to discuss contract modifications.
* Contact Broadcom Sales: If you do not know your account manager, you can contact the Broadcom Sales team through the Broadcom Support Portal by opening a 'non-technical' customer care case under 'Product Entitlements/Contracts Related'.
Note: Technical Support cannot perform these changes. All seat count reductions must be processed through the Sales or Renewal teams to ensure your billing and contract records are updated correctly.
