uxioserv memory leak on inheritance variables uxset hvar

Issue/Introduction

The uxioserv process shows a memory leak that eventually uses all the memory of the system. On a node launching ~40K executions per day, the leak amounts to ~1 GB per day.

This occurs when launching Uprocs with Variables and using inheritance variables (uxset hvar).
