There are a few steps to perform before reporting this Issue to your Support :
1 - Check any Network or Proxy configuration Issue. Alternatively, disable any proxy used within your browser and test.
2 - Clear your Browser's cache or test it in Incognito or In-private mode, depend on your browser.
3 - Create a new training template or use a clone option for the Impacted training template.
