Issue/Introduction

Question:

How do you add or remove boot and os images to remote scalability servers acting as boot servers?

Answer:

When registering an OS or Boot image to the Domain Manager you have the option to create a Software package.

When created the package has 2 procedures

  • OS image
    • Add to BootServer
    • Remove from BootServer

  • Boot Image
    • Create Boot Image
    • Remove Boot Image

These procedures are used to add and remove the images to the Scalability Server. Deploy the procedures to the scalability server via software delivery to achieve the desired result.
