Missing Swagger Spec for /factor/v1/Authenticator in VIP Authentication Hub

Issue/Introduction

When accessing the API documentation portal or the local Swagger UI for VIP Authentication Hub (IDSP), users are unable to find the specification for the /factor/v1/Authenticator endpoint.

Specifically, the following page does not list the authenticator factor details:

Environment

• Product: Symantec Identity Security Platform / VIP Authentication Hub
• Versions: 4.0, 4.0.1

Cause

This is a confirmed documentation and product defect tracked under DE666398. The endpoint was omitted from the consolidated Open API specification files in the affected versions.

Resolution

This issue is scheduled to be resolved in VIP Authentication Hub version 4.0.2, currently expected for release in mid-April 2026.
