Errors starting top secret error during IPL

Issue/Introduction

Question:

Getting an error when Top Secret starts during the IPL

TSS0040W Security File Encryption Unavailable                                                                                                                                                               TSS0041E Customer Key required to unlock file                                                                                                                                                                   TSS0042D Specify <ABORT>; Else 16 Hex digit key

 

Answer:

The key is defined with the TSSKEY.Z sample job Right now this is saying the key does not match what is in the phase. 

Run LIBR LIST TSSKTPRC.PHASE to check what the phase has and compare against key used in tsskey .

Also run Libr Search to make sure that it is pulling the key from the correct TSSKTPRC phase.
