SEOS_kernel module load fail in Solaris 10X86

Issue/Introduction

When load seos kernel module with SEOS_load command following error will popup and load will fail in Solaris x86 based system.

"Can't load module: Invalid argument." 

Error: Can not load CA ControlMinder kernel module. 

 

Following message will be seen in adm log as well.

/seos/bin/SEOS_syscall: undefined symbol

'SEOS_replace_sysc_32'

Environment

PIM: 12.8SP1OS: Solaris 10 x86 based system (32bit kernel)

Cause

This is due to 12.8SP1 is not certified for Solaris x86 32bit kernel, it need fix for support 32bit kernel.

Resolution

Need to apply fix T540365 which include support for 32bit kernel in Solaris 10x86 platform.
