The deployment of VKS pod is stuck in a pending state with error "nsx error code: 520102"

Issue/Introduction

• Pod deployment is stuck at 'Pending' during deployment.
  Error :  nsx error code: 520102, message: The IpAddressBlock path=[/infra/ip-blocks/<vkspod-gw>] does not have CIDRs to create subnet of size 16.
  

Environment

• VCF 9.1
• VMware vSphere Kubernetes Services
• VMware NSX

Cause

The IP block in use has run out of IP addresses to allocate. 

Resolution

Add a new CIDR with adequate IPs available or update the existing IP Pool's CIDR to have more available spaces.
